Shipping & Delivery Policy

Age Verification Requirements

To ensure compliance with local regulations, all customers must be 19 years of age or older. Upon delivery or receipt of shipment, the recipient is required to present, two pieces of valid identification:

   One primary piece of government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License or Passport).

   One secondary piece of ID displaying your name and signature or photo.

    Please note: Delivery will be refused if valid ID cannot be produced.

Local Delivery (Kamloops Area)

We provide local delivery services within the Kamloops area.

     Orders $30 and above: Free Delivery.

    Orders under $30: A flat delivery fee of $5.00 applies.

     Delivery Windows: We strive for efficient service; you will receive a notification (text or call) when your driver is nearby.

      Privacy: All local deliveries are handled with discretion.

National Shipping (Canada-wide)

Shipping is available to locations across Canada upon personal request.

   Please contact us directly to arrange shipping and to receive a quote for shipping rates and estimated transit times.

   Standard age verification requirements (19+ with 2 pieces of ID) apply to all shipped orders.

     Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  E-Transfer: Please complete the transfer prior to the delivery arrival.

     Cash: Paid directly to the driver at the time of delivery (Available for local Kamloops delivery only).

    Loyalty Rewards & Points

Don’t forget that every purchase brings you closer to rewards!

   Earn Points: You earn 10 points for every $1 spent on products.
